The Transystem brand was founded in 1998 and Transystem Shenzhen is established in 2005. We provide engineering, R&D and full factory solutions for PCB/IC substrates processes and factories. Our automated equipment are widely used in ICS, SLP, HDI and other PCB industries. Our main client groups are global renowned PCB/FPC companies in and outside China.
